The Inside Story: Quartz, Coating, and the R7s Connector
The quartz envelope takes the heat shock of rapid on/off cycles without cracking. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament steady, even when things get scorching. We also added a reflective coating that pushes the heat forward—so you’re warming the part, not the housing. And the R7s connector? It’s just a practical, two-ended fit that makes these lamps a drop-in swap for many existing fixtures.
